The course is USATF certified (AL01008JD)
There will be lots of post race refreshments and prizes.
Pizza will be provided to all participants.

DIRECTIONS  TO  RACE  LOCATION:
The fitness center near the main gate of the Anniston Army Depot
several miles west of Anniston on Highway 202.
From Interstate 20, take the Bynum Coldwater exit. Go north about 3 miles.
Turn left onto Highway 202 West and go about 3 miles to the main gate.
From Highway 21 in Anniston, take Highway 202 West (8th Street).
Go several miles amd watch for a "Highway 202 West to the right" sign.
Turn right onto a 2-lane road which is the continuation of Highway 202 West.
Go about 3 miles to the main gate.

COURSE:
The beautiful, scenic, fast, flat, clearly marked 5K course takes the runners to
a lake, makes one loop around the lake, and returns to the fitness center by
reversing the route taken to the lake. The course is USATF Certified (AL01008JD)

5K  AWARDS
Awards to top 3 overall males and top 3 overall females
and top 3 males and top 3 females in each age group:
14-under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39,
40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-over.
Awards to top clydesdale (200 lbs.+) and top finisher with dog (on leash).
Overall winners are not eligible for age group awards.

14-UNDER  1K  AWARDS:
Awards to the top male and the top female overall
and the top 5 in each age group (males and females combined):
5-6, 7-8, 9-10, 11-12, 13-14.

REGISTRATION  INFORMATION:
Fee is $12 early or $17 race day.
For military and students, fee is $5 early or $5 race day.
